Clayton Stroope was born in San Francisco and has been passionate about music for most of his life. Creating his musical moniker “Blacktop Banks” as his ultimate form of self expression, his artistic freedom is evident in everything he does. Blacktop Banks gives us a raw and gritty approach to pop rock, something unique and original. For Stroope, there is no other form of creative satisfaction than writing and recording an original song. Music has been integral to his life for years now, with his high school’s band single going Gold in the US. With 2021 ahead, Stroope looks to double down on his talents while collaborating with other musicians around the world and releasing more records.
