About
Mike Stringer is a project by Swedish musician and producer Sven Karlsson. Karlsson grew up in a small community in the south of Sweden and dreamt about a life in music. Creative and self driven, he devoted all his time crafting his skills and started his first band as a young teen. Since then, he’s played in numerous rock bands as well as having nurtured different solo projects. Mixing strokes of classic rock, acoustic and indie pop, Mike Stringer shows off his range as an instrumentalist and songwriter. His quality of tone and timing shines through in everything he does and with his latest release The Veil in 2020, he teams up with vocalist Jonas Molinder to create folk pop with a hopeful timbre.
