About

Born and raised in the London suburb of Peckham, Molife is a genre-crossing producer of electro-house and ‘intelligent’ dance music. With a hi-fi enthusiast for a father, he grew up listening to a broad mix of artists ranging in style from electro-pop to soul. At 13 years old, Molife started to teach himself the guitar, gleaning tips from his classmates before playing in several rock bands throughout his teenage years. After leaving school at 16, he began working in the building trade, keeping his musical talents as a hobby until the lightbulb moment that led him to enroll at the college of audio engineering, Alchemea, and subsequently pursue a career in music production. Since then Molife’s musical intuition has taken him from London-based production houses to one of the music capitals of the world, Stockholm. From here, he has released the album “Long/Ephemeral”, the EP “Dazed Summer” and the singles “Beet Tape”, “Tunnel Vision”, “Imprint” and “Day Glo”, gaining over 10 million collective plays.
