About
Multi-orientated musician Magnus Ringblom had an early musical start when he began playing the piano at the age of four. He later came to widen his interest and experimented with several instruments in the school orchestra. Growing up near Gothenburg, Magnus Ringblom set the direction towards Stockholm and the Royal College of Music. Today he works as a composer and serves us music from his unbounded creativity. Oakwood Station is a jazz collective consisting of different musicians, led by Magnus Ringblom that produces a varied mix of modern and retro jazz. Inspiration is found in the traditional sounds of jazz with an additional modern touch. Laidback tunes with creative melodies result in a relaxed state of jazz.
