About
Bristol, UK-based father-and-son duo Jevon and Jason Ives have been producing their unique dub influenced music since 2018. Largely traditional and straight-ahead dubwise instrumental reggae, alternating between propulsive steppers grooves and lurching rockers and one-drop, its fundamental conventionality undercut by elements of avant-dubstep. Tubby Isiah balance the heavy and ethereal with a rare dexterity. They hit the ground running in 2020 when their debut vinyl album "Rising High" was released by Moonshine Recordings, further releases on this label followed and they are excited to announce another forthcoming release with them in early 2025.
