Born in the city of Al-Hassakeh in the Syrian part of Kurdistan, Ali Shaker is a Tambur / Saz musician known for his skillful playing style. With a degree from the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm, Ali has recorded and toured the Middle East and Europe and played countless concerts and festivals. For His third album; 'Travel to Mesopotamia' he teamed up with Andreas Unge and Niklas Lind to take us on unique 1970s inspired music journey like no other.
